The Wicks

FLATS NEAR THE MILL. Near the centre of Maassluis, opposite the flourmill De Hoop, a small-scale apartment complex has been built. Each housing type has its own atmosphere and appearance, creating an articulation in the façade that matches that of the town centre. All living rooms face the sun, are remarkably wide (7.10m) and have French balconies. A subway allows parking at the rear. The ground floor is used as a hairdressing salon.
