On the northern edge of Maasland you can find 'T WIJ-Land. A small-scale & intimate residential area, where encounters are central. The plan consists of three apartments on the 's Herenstraat and fifteen ground-level homes in the courtyard. The architecture is village-like, contemporary and small-scale.
