LIVING IN A COFFEE POT. In 1990, the architecture magazine Architecture & Building challenges its readers to sketch a dwelling based on Aldo Rossi's famous coffee pot "la Cupola". Tilting the pot creates an interesting house with floating terrace: the first design to win a competition via fax. The first prize was an all-expenses-paid weekend to Milan.
