THE PROCESS IS VISIBLE FROM THE OUTSIDE. In a sludge composting facility, compost is made from sewage sludge by adding wood chips and air. This process is expressed through the use of color in the building. The sculptural use of form combined with color gives the building a different appearance from every angle, creating a refreshing effect on the immediate surroundings.
