New building Kroes, Kralingerhoek

A new office with business hall for the Kroes contracting company, fitting into the plan for the Kralingerhoek. In this zoning plan, the offices are placed in the green ribbon along Westgaag and the site behind it is free for business activities. Heavy traffic is accessed via Burgerweg. The office is approached from the Westgaag via a long tree-lined driveway. The business hall borders the Kroesplein at the back, where activities can also be clearly seen from the canteen.
