RENOVATION OF HISTORIC BUILDINGS ALONG THE WATERWAY. The buildings, which vary in many ways, along the harbor of Maassluis have been connected to house a company specializing in pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. During the renovations, the essential qualities of the buildings, both internally and externally, have been preserved. A transparent connection between the buildings not only maintains the existing façades but also subtly reveals something of the interior. The buildings have recently been renovated into Hotel Maassluis.
